Review of Lapland Letters - a letter from Father Christmas

Lapland Letters - a personalised letter from Father Christmas

Christmas is coming, I know it’s only November but the magic has already started!! So, I was absolutely thrilled to be accepted to review Letters from Santa from Lapland Letters.

I simply completed the form on the website https://www.laplandletters.co.uk and choose from the different letters that were available. I decided to give the boys a different letter each so it seemed to them that each letter had been written individually.

The letters are written in such a way where I was able to include my son's name, the town we live in, his age, what he would like for Christmas, the name of his best friend  and what he left out for Father Christmas and his reindeer to eat and drink last Christmas Eve.

I was also able to add a special note which for Sam mentioned trying again to ride his bike again and for Oliver to stay in his own bed all night!! It was worth a try!! lol

So I submitted the form and waited for the magic to arrive.

The letters arrived in a plain white envelope addressed to me so I could place them on the door mat before the children could come down stairs.

Sam spotted them first and shot down the stairs to find an envelope addressed to him. He picked it up and started to feel the package. Oliver then joined him and shouted "Ho Ho Ho" as he saw Father Christmas on the stamp.

The boys eagerly opened their envelopes and emptied their contents onto the table. The first thing Sam saw was a chocolate bar wrapped in gold wrapping and his name written across the top. It almost broke my heart when he shouted "Father Christmas must know that I am allowed chocolate now!"

Included in the boys envelope was:
  • a personalised letter
  • Santa please stop here sign
  • two wishing stars
  • a colour in picture
  • a door hanger
  • a secret Santa map
  • a good child certificate
  • a named chocolate bar

After I read the boys their personalised letters, they were so excited, Sam couldnt get over how much information Father Christmas knew about him, but it was time for School.

Sam told anyone and everyone who would listen that Father Christmas had written to him. He saw his best friend and couldn’t wait to tell him what Santa had said.

I think the magic has well and truly hit our house. The excitement levels were through the roof for the rest of day!! So much so, that Sam asked to make Christmas paper chains that evening :)

If you would like you child to receive their own letter and package from Santa or Father Christmas then please go to https://www.laplandletters.co.uk/ and complete the form, but please note that the from must be sent before midnight 20th December 2018 to guarantee arrival before the big day.

Disclosure: We received two packs from Lapland Letters for free in return for an honest review.
